Corporate Social Responsibility
The primary aim of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme is to acknowledge the effect that our work has on our employees, society and our environment and as such, implement activities that have a positive impact on our community.

Our people are the driving force behind the success of our business and as such, we place a high value on investment in people.
Our social responsibility
We encourage employees to participate in community programmes by providing each individual with two days a year, which they can dedicate to volunteering activity.
Our environmental responsibility
While the insurance business has a small impact on our carbon footprint, we are very conscious of our environmental responsibilities and the positive impact that we have on our working and personal environment.

Chaucer Olympic Hopefuls 2012
The 2010 London Olympic Games is a great opportunity for us to share in its excitement and support our British sporting talent.
We are proud to provide our support to two athletes who have high hopes of representing Great Britain at the London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Our two Olympic Hopefuls are:
- Charlotte Kerwood - Skeet Shooting
- Andy Barrow - Wheelchair rugby
Charlotte and Andy are very successful in their chosen sports, both representing Great Britain at the 2008 Beijing Games. We shall follow them in their progress in the lead up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

- 2002 Commonwealth Games, Manchester: Gold in double trap
- 2006 Commonwealth Games, Melbourne: Gold in double trap and Gold in double trap pairs
- 2008 Munich World Cup: 10th
- 2008 Beijing Games: Olympic trap 16th
- 2009 Shotgun World Women's Trap Team, Maribor: Silver
