Taking care of your business

With underwriting roots tracing back to modest beginnings in 1922, we have been providing underwriting solutions and promptly paying all valid claims for nearly a century.

This history gives us confidence in our ability to support you during this difficult time.

Our underwriting and claims teams continue to be available, as ever, to support your business. Despite the temporary closure of our offices and the Lloyd’s trading floor, we are very much open for business.

We have over 450 people around the globe in spare bedrooms, perched at kitchen tables or barricaded in box rooms, in another room to their children, on-line and active.

You can place business, endorse risks and get your claims paid with us through your existing contacts.  Our technology is working well and we are fully functioning on all established electronic trading and processing platforms.

You can talk to our teams using email, or telephone in the normal manner. We can easily VC with you via Bluejeans, our web-based meeting tool. Just let your contact know.
