Laura McDonagh

Laura joined Chaucer in 2016 and writes our worldwide oil, gas, refining and petrochemical property business. Laura has over 12 years of experience, having been in the market since 2009. She was previously working within the Energy division at Zurich where she was responsible for underwriting the London Downstream book. Laura is a member of the Onshore Energy LMA Committee and in 2019 was elected to become Deputy Chairman and is next in line to Chair the committee. She holds a degree in Law and Politics from The University of Manchester.
