Chaucer writes a global portfolio of property business on a direct and facultative basis.

We have a growing appetite in the property sector, supported by a team of experienced underwriters and knowledgeable claims professionals. We are renowned for our rigorous and independent evaluation of risk, which enables us to write fully-tailored solutions to meet the precise needs of each challenge.

Our claims teams work together with our dedicated property underwriters to deliver a responsive service that benefits from a wider perspective of the business as a whole.

We act as a recognised lead for international property binders and write an international property account on a direct and facultative basis from London and Miami.
