The Job Crowd - Top 100 Companies

Why join Chaucer?

Chaucer is a thriving and dynamic firm, protecting businesses around the world from a wide range of risks. That could be hurricane damage to property in Florida, the theft of a bullion truck in Libya or the disruption and loss of revenue following the closure of an airport in the US after a cyber-attack. We have inclusive team-orientated culture and as an enthusiastic, new member of staff, you will be made to feel very welcome and will be encouraged to take real responsibility as you learn.

Graduate Development

As a graduate, we will create a development plan for you. This will include rotations around the business so that you get a deep understanding of what each area does and meet more of our teams. We will also do our best to support your efforts towards a professional qualification. If you show us you are a high flyer, you will join our Advance Programme with greater opportunities for skills building, networking and mentoring with wider industry experts. While most of our graduates begin in London, we have teams in Copenhagen, Miami and Singapore offering the potential to work abroad.

Award-winning opportunities

We are proud to have been voted the ‘Top Company for Graduates to work for’ in the Accountancy and Insurance category, for the past four years by The Job Crowd. We were also honoured to have won the ‘Best Support’ Award in the smaller employer category for 2016/2017.
