Anti-Bribery & Corruption Statement

Chaucer will not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption in any of our business dealings. We are committed to implementing all applicable laws and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, including the UK Bribery Act 2010, and have established internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Chaucer expects all of its business partners to combat bribery and corruption by also complying with all applicable legislation, implementing appropriate compliance policies and procedures, and informing us as soon as possible if they become aware of any form of bribery or corruption that has occurred during our business relationship. Where possible we will include specific obligations to this effect in our agreements with suppliers and other counterparties.
